Dialogue creates connections that unite worlds.

The fourth BiblioWeekend will take place from 28 to 30 March 2025. Its motto is Words connect Worlds / Les mots relient les mondes / Le parole uniscono i mondi. The aim of the BiblioWeekend is to sensitise the public and politicians alike to the importance of open libraries. To this end, libraries are to be placed at the centre of attention and their doors opened wide to all sections of the population. Our collection accompanies the theme ‘Words connect worlds’ with films that focus on dialogue and the importance of the spoken or written word: Words create understanding and bring people closer together. Words inspire, move and change the world. They can create peace, give hope and open up new paths. Dialogue creates connections that unite worlds.
